CANCELLATION POLICY If the tour have less than 4 people register, WE will cancelled the tour and you will receive the complete refund of your money in less than 24 hours on the same payment method received. If YOU cancel up to 24 hours before the tour, you will receive a 100% refund. If YOU cancel up to 12 hours before the tour, you will receive a 50% refund. If YOU do not show up for the tour or arrive late after we have left the meeting point at the Plaza, no refund will be issued.
